We are excited to be bringing back Yama Warashi who played our first ever Boudica Festival in 2017! ✨️
YAMA WARASHI
Shigihara will perform a solo set from the output of Yama Warashi. Yama Warashi is enriched by the kaleidoscopic influence of Japanese folk dance, free jazz, African music and psychedelia.
Shigihara illustrates the ever-evolving qualities of Yama Warashi on ‘At My Mother’s Piano’, crafting exquisite, improvisational solo piano works interlaced with vivid field recordings, inspired by a trip back to her family home in Ashiya City, Hyōgo, Japan in 2024.
IKO CHERIE
Iko Chérie is experimental pop made in London by French artist Marie Merlet who feels most at home in dub textures and analog noises. Her world is one of woozy incantations, Casio drones, reverb drenched guitars and gleaned spoken word samples processed through tape delay.

Afterparty from 10.15pm!
DJs Parma Vi0let, Francophonix and Alien She will bring you Ritual of the Moon from 10.15pm until late, spinning tunes by warrior goddesses of the audio planes, celestial costumes encouraged ✨️🌝🌙✨️
Free entry to the afterparty with Yama Warashi tickets or £3 entry for those solely coming to afterparty. All proceeds from the afterparty will be going towards the Tin's restoration fund.
