📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
🔸 Entry & Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we believe is already intoxicated on arrival.
We also reserve the right to stop serving alcohol to any guest during the event in line with our licensing obligations.
Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
🔸 Alcohol Service
Only single measure spirits and 175ml glasses of wine will be served at a time and a smaller cocktail list will be in use.
Doubles, shots, bottles, and pitchers will not be available.
Some usual drinks may be removed from the bar for this event. However, all remaining drinks are included in the bottomless package.
🔸 Refund Policy
Full refunds available until 15/12/25.
No refunds will be issued after this date, under any circumstance.
Refunds are for the exact amount you paid, not the current ticket price.
🔸 Food & Dietary Requirements
A 2-course buffet is included.
Please inform us of any dietary needs or allergies no later than 14/12/25.
🔸 Timings & Entry
Event runs 7PM – 2AM.
Last entry is at 9PM.
The bar closes at 1:30AM.
🔸 Tickets & Admission
Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval.
You may be asked to present valid ID (especially if you look under 25).
🔸 Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These may be used in future promotions unless you request otherwise.
🔸 Safety & Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Please drink responsibly and arrange safe travel home.
