Botis Seva Choreographic Movement Intensive

Through physical practice and creative play, participants will challenge habitual thinking, expand choreographic approaches, and unlock new artistic possibilities.

Over two days of rigorous physical exploration, you will engage with creative tools and compositional frameworks that shape Far From The Norm's distinctive movement language and approach to thematic interrogation. This is a rare opportunity to gain direct insight into Botis’ artistic process: how ideas are built and shaped, and how movement takes meaning.

Through guided tasks, collaborative exploration, and rigorous physical practice, you will collectively and independently:

• Challenge and refine your creative instincts
• Deepen your understanding of how to work from different starting points
• Develop practical tools for generating and structuring material
• Expand your movement vocabulary and performance presence

Designed for movement artists and choreographers ready to push their practice further, this intensive offers both practical studio application and critical artistic reflection culminating in a conversation with Botis at the end of each day.

Attend one day for a focused injection of new ideas, or commit to both days for a deeper, layered learning; each day will offer new provocations and frameworks.
