Instructor: Alex Bonner
This class will cover the many diverse forms of plants from their blooms, to leaves, stems, bark, and more. A brief overview of plant anatomy will be covered to sharpen our observational skills. Every week, we will work from a collection of freshly gathered and pressed plant material for reference. We will engage with pen and ink illustration, as well as watercolor for representing our botanical illustrations. A materials list will be provided.
