Camille Werther is a freelance writer, illustrator, and educator, who believes that art can enhance the understanding of science. She holds a BSc and a MSc in horticulture from LSU and teaches field sketching and botanical drawing. She is a production editor for the Journal of Natural Science Illustration and is a member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators, the American Society of Botanical Arts, and the Colored Pencil Society of America.
