Hello Everyone!
Boston Zouk Praticas are designed to be an inclusive space for anyone looking to practice and deepen their understanding of Brazilian Zouk. There will be a guided warm up followed by a 30 minute group exploration lead by Emily then open practice/dance time.

🔍Pratica Details:
The first 30 minutes will be a guided warm up with stretching, zouk movement exercises, and footwork
Following that, Emily will be leading a 30 minutes drills/exploration session
The remaining time will be open practice/dancing
📍Pratica Location:
Praticas in August and September will be held at:
SomArt at the Armory, 3rd Floor
191 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA
(please bring clean shoes or socks for dancing)
