Boston Real Estate Investor Night is a free, in-person evening in Downtown Crossing for the people actually doing deals in Greater Boston - investors, agents, lenders, contractors, and local business owners. Not a seminar, not a sales pitch, and not a business-card swap where nobody actually talks.
Investor Tony Avalo tears down one real Boston deal with every number on screen - how it was found, purchase, rehab budget vs. actual, financing, and the exit, including where it went wrong. Lender Julio Evangelista of Creativa Commercial Capital then shows how a deal like that actually gets funded right now. Between the talks, the two put the deal to the test live: would you fund it, on what path, and what would you change?
The night is built around structured networking at both ends, so you meet the people working on what you need this month.
