Boston NABCJ Conference

The Boston Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (Boston NABCJ) will be hosting a conference on Friday, February 14th, 2025 at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate located on the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus.

Boston NABCJ is a resource with the objective to support, educate and invest in our communities by means of representation, education, and action; including professional development opportunities for anyone, regardless of race, gender or association, who works directly with Boston's diverse and margalized communities.

This conference will provide a unique, culturally inclusive, and modernistic approach to professional development. With a live DJ embeded in the programming and dynamic national and local speakers, this conference is designed to be a high energy, celebatory, professional development oppertunity.

Boston NABCJ will provide a non-traditional, visually inspiring conference with the use of popular culture, workshops, panel discussions and guest speakers. Our members consist of professionals in law enforcement, institutional and community corrections, courts, social services, academia, religious and community-based fields. Students and professionals will be able to:
