About the cookbook:
More than 50 Recipes from the Longstanding Restaurants in Beantown
The Boston Chef’s Table (Globe Pequot Press) brings recipes from talented chefs in the Boston area right to your kitchen. More than 50 recipes highlight contemporary New England fare from chefs including Jody Adams, Joanne Chang, and Andy Husbands. Details about the city’s culinary history and ethnic food enclaves provide fascinating background.
