Boston Area Tabletop Society

Heavier, more complex board games are a very specific interest, one that takes up a larger amount of space and time. These games are often quite expensive, so not everyone will want to own a copy of each game. We seek to address this by providing events where people can come and play heavier games that we provide, or bring their own games to share. We are an inclusive, encouraging space where everyone is welcome. We do recommend learning a bit about a given game on your own, if possible, before you show up to play, but we are happy to teach new players!

We will be bringing a number of games, but feel free to bring your own. You can post on discord in advance to talk about which games you want to play, and to share what games you want to bring. Some examples of the games we can play:

• Feast for Odin
• Terraforming Mars
• Marrakesh
• Apiary
• Seven Wonder (with expansions)
• Paladins
• Wayfarers of the East Tigris
• City of Iron

There are snacks and drinks available to purchase at A2, and there are a number of nearby restaurants. You can bring your own food and drinks as well; there is a microwave.

There is a good amount of parking available, as well as spots to lock up your bike.
