About this Event

The Convergent Conversations event series, hosted by Boston University's Institute for Global Sustainability (IGS), aims to forge new connections through meaningful dialogue. Each event will feature BU faculty members from different disciplines as well as voices from organizations to address the potential impact of the research.

The second event in our series “Convergent Urban Scale Solution for Energy, Climate, and Health” is on October 6. Speakers include:

• Jonathan Buonocore (Assistant Professor, Environmental Health, School of Public Health, IGS Core Faculty);
• Lindsey Butler (Executive Director, Boston Green Ribbon Commission);
• Dennis Carlberg (BU Chief Sustainability Officer, Associate Vice President for Climate Action, IGS Affiliated Faculty);
• This conversation will be moderated by Cutler Cleveland (Professor, Earth & Environment, College of Arts & Sciences; IGS Interim Director).
