Bosses in Heels is more than a brunch. It is an elevated room of accomplished women celebrating success, honoring leadership, and forming meaningful connections in an unapologetically feminine space.

Bosses in Heels is the only event where City, County, State, and Federal elected officials come together to formally honor six outstanding women with official proclamations recognizing real impact and leadership. Hosted at Heights Social, the experience brings together Houston’s most driven women for an afternoon of awards, champagne, and high-level networking.

Expect confident energy, intentional conversations, and a celebration that feels as powerful as the women in the room.
