What is the Boss Chick Dance Workout?

The Boss Chick Dance Workout® is a ladies only hardcore hip-hop, dancehall, & afrobeats twerkout rockin the dance fitness scene worldwide. The class features 4 styles of street dance (hip-hop, dancehall, twerk, andafrobeats) with an extensive twerk movement vocabulary, strength training, and choreography.

Hosted at Female Fight Club NYC, this in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to learn some new twerk moves and shake it off. Get ready to dance to the beat and let loose with our talented NY instructors: Sonya Davie, Psychotherapist and L2 Instructor and Dennie Byam, Esq., RDN and Master Trainer.
