This hands-on class is the perfect way to sharpen your knife skills while preparing a comforting pot of homemade borscht, a signature recipe from Cindy’s award-winning restaurant. This workshop is designed for all skill levels and will give you the confidence to prep ingredients and cook like a chef.
– Practice proper knife handling skills and essential cuts with fresh, seasonal vegetables.
– Prepare my award-winning borscht recipe, a vegetarian soup layered with flavour.
– Finish with garnishes like fresh dill, sour cream and enjoy together with the class as well as a jar to take home.
