🍂 Autumn is here, and that means the season of Vechornytsi (traditional Ukrainian evening gatherings) has begun! It’s time to enjoy cozy evenings filled with folk songs, dancing, warm company — and of course, delicious Ukrainian food 🥰

✨ It’s becoming a tradition to open the Vechornytsi season with the celebration of Ukrainian Borscht Day! Every second Saturday of September, Ukraine celebrates Borscht Day.

For Ukrainians, borscht is more than just a dish — it’s a symbol of tradition, identity, and connection with our homeland ❤️

The culture of Ukrainian borscht cooking has been officially recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.
