Get ready for an epic ride as we head out to Borrego Springs, California, a hidden gem in the heart of the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Known for its wide-open desert roads, dramatic landscapes, and clear skies, Borrego Springs has long been a favorite for motorcyclists. This unique desert town is also recognized as California’s first International Dark Sky Community, making it a perfect spot for some stargazing after the ride.
We’ll make time to check out the famous Galleta Meadows metal sculptures, an incredible outdoor gallery of giant steel creatures scattered across the desert floor: The Scorpion, The Serpent, The Jeep Sculpture. There’s also the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitor Center for those interested in the area’s geology, wildlife, and rich Native American history. Whether you’re drawn by the winding desert roads, stunning vistas, or just the camaraderie of a great group ride, Borrego Springs promises a weekend full of adventure and discovery.
