Borough Market's Evening of Seafood

Food lovers are invited to experience Borough Market like never before as it launches Evening of Seafood. The brand-new evening event dedicated to exceptional ocean fare will take place on Wednesday 20 May 2026, 6.30pm-9.30pm. Tickets cost £7 and are available to book now. 

The evening offers a rare chance to explore the iconic Market after closing time, with exclusive dishes and ingredients served up by Borough Market’s traders and restaurants. Livedemonstrations and talks will give visitors access to the knowledge and craft behind the produce. 

From oyster shucking contests, to fish-filleting demonstrations, Evening of Seafood will offer a closer look at the skill, sourcing and stories behind the Market’s seafood. Informal expert discussions led by Giulia Crouch, food writer and host of the Borough Market podcast, will provide guests with a deeper understanding of the seasonality and technique that underpin all-things seafood.
