Borosilicate Glass Beadmaking at Community CraftHaus

He’s back! Vaughn Evans will be back at Community CraftHaus on October 10 for another round of borosilicate glass beadmaking, and you can join him to learn how to make your own glass beads.
While the focus of the class is learning to make glass beads on a torch, you’ll learn so much more than basic skills. Participants will have multiple attempts at making their own beads, with demonstrations and assistance from Vaughn to help you fine tune the process.
You’ve probably seen Vaughn Evans as a featured demonstration artist at the Smoky Hill River Festival. Vaughn has been making glass beads and teaching for more than 25 years. He’s well known and respected in the glass lamp working community, especially for his vortex deigns in marbles.
You don’t want to miss this chance, because we likely won’t have Vaughn back until the spring/summer. Learn more and sign up now, using the ticket link on this event.
