Viking Press - 60 Sec
The athlete will stand facing away from the apparatus and attempt as many reps as possible. You will be given a down command after every completed rep. Push presses are allowed. NO PUSH JERKS / DOUBLE DIPS will be allowed. Once the time expires or the apparatus touches the support stand your turn is over.
Belts, wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, chalk allowed
Max Mammoth Deadlift (simulated) - 60 Sec
Each athlete will have three attempts to reach a max weight. Jump in when you're ready. You will be given a down command after every completed rep. Wessel's rule applies. Miss one attempt and you're out.
Men's jumps will be 50 and 40 lb and will be using a Texas Squat bar with extender sleeves on each end.
Women' jumps will be 20 lb and will be using a Texas Power bar with extender sleeves on each end.
No suits
Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.
Sandbag & Keg Press/Carry/Load - 60 Sec
Each athlete will press a sandbag overhead and after receiving the down command will carry the sand bag 35ft and load it over a bar. The athlete will return to the start point and press a keg overhead and after receiving the down command will carry the sand bag 35ft and load it over a bar. The implements are not required to go all the way back down to the ground.

Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.
Frame Carry - 60 Sec
Each athlete will pick up the frame and carry it 50 ft. The entire frame must cross the line. 5 second slide penalty will be enforced at the judges discretion. Unlimited drops.

Dungeon Stone Master
Each athlete will attempt to complete a 7 stone series over a 10 to 12 foot long bar. Each athlete will be given 15 secs per stone to get it off of the ground to make their attempt. Train for HEAVY stones
