Join us for this bold and creative class where you'll learn how to construct a stunning, life-like booze barrell cake — perfect for special celebrations!
What you’ll learn:
How to construct a stable double-barrel cake, including filling layers with buttercream and finishing with ganache
How to create woodgrain fondant panels using edible paints and attach them to the cake
How to cover a cake board neatly with fondant
How to make realistic isomalt ice cubes and add detailing for a glass-like effect
How to apply an edible image of your choice to personalise your cake
Bonus:
Each student can select their own booze brand for decoration — an edible label will be printed just for you!
Students are required to bring 4 mini bottles of their chosen spirit to complete the final look.
