This school year, we're trading textbooks for shakers, lesson plans for limes, and homework for happy hour. Join us for Booze 101, a hands-on mixology experience where you'll learn to craft iconic New Orleans cocktails, discover the stories behind them, and pick up bartender techniques you'll be showing off long after class is over.

Led by our expert mixologists, you'll master classic Crescent City cocktails while exploring fresh ingredients, bitters, proper techniques, and a few industry secrets along the way. Whether you're new to cocktails or already love mixing drinks at home, you'll leave with the confidence to create bar-quality cocktails of your own.
