Booyah is a high-energy live band founded 12 years ago in Hartford, Connecticut. What started as a local project quickly grew into a staple of the Connecticut music scene, built on packed rooms, word-of-mouth buzz, and a loyal fanbase that keeps coming back for more.
From the beginning, Booyah carved out a lane of its own by hosting signature themed nights and embracing a truly improvisatory spirit inspired by the beloved jam scene. This is not a typical cover band running through the same predictable hits. Booyah takes familiar songs and flips them inside out, adding unexpected twists, extended grooves, and spontaneous moments that keep audiences on their toes and fully engaged.
The result is a nonstop, high-energy dance party where no two shows are ever the same. People don’t just come to hear songs they know. They come for the experience, the surprises, and the feeling that anything can happen once the band hits the stage.
Booyah is powered by seasoned musicians who have performed with and alongside acts such as West End Blend, Mihali Band, Ryan Montbleau Band, Twiddle, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Dopapod, Six Fox Whiskey, and more.
