Booty Sculpt Class - July 31 - 6:00PM

The class will be held outdoors in a field located along side Lake Lynn - the area has great shade but the bugs can be pesky so come prepared!

What you can expect:

A combination of body weight and weighted exercises.

Working out with a partner.

A banging playlist that will help you focus and get through the workout.

Please bring the following:

-Bug Spray

-Beach Towel or Yoga Mat

-Water

-Resistance Band(s) - some will be available to share

You may see some familiar exercises BUT pay attention to my cues. I will show you technique adjustments that bring stronger mind muscle connection and focus to the area we're trying to improve - THAT BOOTY!

Here are two options for finding your way to the field...

1: You may park at the Lake Lynn Community center public parking area and walk over to the field by way of the beautiful and scenic Lake Lynn - leave about 20 minutes so you can walk over

2: You may drive into the Arium at Lake Lynn Neighborhood and park by the field (Map provided below).
