Come join us for an energising Booty & HIIT workout at SALT, KITE BEACH!

Get ready to sweat it out, build the booty & sculpt the body with a group of amazing women, all against a beautiful beach backdrop. Sweat, Sculpt, Music & Community. Name a better start to your Saturday.

The 45 minute session is perfect for stretching and releasing tension, raising the heart rate & burning the booty in a resitance band section, blasting the abs and teaming up to complete a partner relay. Definitely not one to be missed.
