I’m hosting a fun and energetic Dance Fit Fusion class at Evolution Studios:

My actual birthday is April 22nd (Taurus baby! ♉️🌍), which also happens to be Earth Day and falls around Easter Sunday. So, let’s celebrate life, movement, and this beautiful Earth we've been blessed to dance on!

This one-hour, nonstop class is all about good vibes and sweaty fun. We’ll twerk to hip-hop, whine those waists to dancehall and Afrobeats, and move to a fusion of Afro-diaspora rhythms.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just here to shake it off and enjoy yourself, this class is perfect for all levels.

🚗 Parking Info:
Free parking is available in the lot at Evolution Studios — first come, first serve.
There’s also street parking nearby. Please read all signs carefully.

⏰ Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to find parking, check-in, and get your water and towel ready so we can start the class right on time!
