Bootleg Blondie is the worlds no 1 official Debbie Harry & Blondie tribute. Established in 2001 this band is the only Blondie tribute to played with 2 founding members of Blondie - legendary drummer Clem Burke who is sadly no longer with us and Gary Valentine , Songwriter , Bass player and prolific writer
Bootleg Blondie had the honour to be thanked on Blondies 11th album 'Pollinator' in 2017 and played the world famous CBGB in New York in 2006.
In 2019 to celebrate 40 years since the release of Blondies iconic album 'Parallel Lines' played 2 UK tours with Clem Burke under the band name CBBB (Clem Burke & Bootleg Blondie) Both shows were a whirlwind of sellout shows , Radio , Press interviews and fab reviews , driving nearly 5000 miles and performing to over 7000 people, also releasing an original single 'Enigma Soho Au Go Go' to coincide with the tours which is available through 'Apple Music' 'Spotify' 'Deezer' and 'ITunes
