Entrenando el Templo es un bootcamp al aire libre para mujeres que desean fortalecer su cuerpo, renovar su mente y cuidar su salud desde una perspectiva integral. Disfruta de 45 minutos de entrenamiento de alta intensidad y bajo impacto, con ejercicios de calistenia, soporte de peso (weight-bearing) y fortalecimiento muscular para desarrollar fuerza, resistencia y movilidad.

Training the Temple is an outdoor bootcamp for women who want to build strength, renew their minds, and care for their health from a whole-person perspective. Enjoy a 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout featuring calisthenics, weight-bearing exercises, and strength training designed to improve muscle strength, endurance, and functional fitness.
