Get a full-body workout while enjoying the view from the Green! Our free Bootcamp class, sponsored by Fowler Automotive, uses a variety of styles, including core training, plyometrics, toning, and strength exercises to create a high-energy workout. The class is taught by licensed fitness instructors from the YMCA. Bootcamp is open to all ages and athletic abilities.
