Fun, challenging 60min circuit style Bootcamp focussing on improving endurance, strength, flexibility and more!
The session will include a thorough warm up, thorough demonstration, main workout, and cool down.
Learn new ways to move your body in a safe, fun, and supportive environment with like minded people, while enjoying being out in the fresh air!
Suitable for those new to exercise and those looking for that extra push! All fitness levels welcome, modifications can easily be made where necessary! (ages 16 years +)
Try different exercises using various equipment including battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, exercise bands, sandbags, sleds and more!
