Bootcamp

Join us for a fun, outdoor charity bootcamp in aid of St James’ Church, Burton-in-Kendal.

This is not about being the fittest person there. It is about showing up, getting involved and enjoying a positive morning outdoors. Expect squats, lunges, press-ups, relays, planks and team challenges, all adapted to suit your pace.

Bring a friend and enjoy a friendly, social session with the local community. All fitness levels are welcome. Wear trainers and bring water.
