**Costume Contest Rules:**
1️⃣ **Registration** starts at **10:30 AM**. Remember, ALL parents must register their kids—NO EXCEPTIONS!
2️⃣ **No Whining, Crying, or Fighting!** This rule applies to both kids and parents! ?
3️⃣ A **3-judge panel** will select the final winner!
4️⃣ Get ready for your child’s picture to be taken on stage—smiles and fun are a must! ??
