Boot Camp with Coach Vic

Refresh your workout routine this spring with Boot Camp with Coach Vic!

The Rosslyn BID’s very own Victor Carcamo is back with a community favorite—an energizing eight-session evening workout series kicking off Monday, April 21, from 6–7 p.m. at Gateway Park.

This high-energy HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is designed for all ages and fitness levels, with modifications available to meet your needs. Expect full-body exercises, great music, and plenty of motivation to power you through each session! Water will be provided, and while a workout mat is encouraged, it’s not required.
