In this session, we look at how you win over new customers, how you reach people where they are, and the benefits of great customer service.PLEASE NOTE: This session is part of BIPC Devon's Boost Your Start-Up course, sessions are open to Devon-Based Start-Ups.
How do you win new customers? Where and how do you reach them? Do you plan to spread your marketing and sales channels solely through online platforms, or will you be on the ground directly promoting and selling to customers? And how will you respond to these customers?
