Do you ever find that no matter what you do, you can't seem to eat, or live, as healthily as you'd like? This session is designed to inspire you in an non-preachy and non-judgmental way, so you can be intuitively guided to find out what is right for you and what you might be ready for now.
Julie's aim is to inspire you to:

Julie has been qualified in stress management, holistic therapies, nutritional therapy for over 23 years and received many other wellbeing qualifications. She's had almost 25 years of experience in the wellness industry helping many individuals, companies and organisations to enjoy a healthier, happier and better quality of life. She's passionate about empowering people to be the best they can be. Working in a non-judgemental and intuitive way, she includes nutrition, stress & sleep management, mindfulness and simple natural energy-boosting & calming techniques to help improve immunity and become healthier physically, emotionally & mentally.
