Boost Your Brain & Memory (Mather at the Cov)

This evidence-based program will help you learn and practice the best strategies for keeping your brain healthy as you age. This unique, whole-person approach to brain fitness provides you with healthy practices that can help you remember things better, stay organized, pay closer attention, decrease stress, and reduce your risk of dementia.

Wednesdays, 12:30 p.m., September 25 - November 6

Duration: 60 minutes

Mather is proud to join 6th Ward Alderman William Hall and New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (“The Cov”) in Chatham to offer a variety of wellness programs for adults age 55 and better. Classes will take place at The Cov’s campus, located at 754 E. 77th Street on the 3rd floor.

All classes are tuition-free, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered beginning at 8:30am on class days.
