The Boone County Historical Society’s Endowment Trust Board is proud to announce the 2026 enshrinees into the Boone County Hall of Fame: Carl Edwards, Wendy Noren (posthumous), and the Boone County Community Trust. These distinguished honorees will be formally enshrined at the annual Boone County History Makers Hall of Fame Gala on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Country Club of Missouri.
This year’s class reflects excellence in athletics, public service, and community philanthropy. With their enshrinement, Edwards, Noren, and the Boone County Community Trust will join 82 previous honorees in one of Boone County’s most prestigious recognitions.
The History Makers Hall of Fame Gala brings together community leaders, supporters, and citizens to celebrate and recognize the individuals and organizations that have shaped Boone County’s legacy.
