Boone County General Election Candidate Forum

The League of Women Voters and the Columbia Public Library will host a Candidate and Ballot Issues Forum for candidates in the November 3rd General Election in contested races. The Candidate Forum will be on Tuesday, October 6 at 6:00 p.m. at the Columbia Public Library. The candidates invited to this Forum are candidates for Associate Circuit Division 9 Judge, James Egan and Bill Ellis. The other contested race is for Missouri State Representative, District 44, John Martin and Bekki Brewer. Candidates will have time for a two-minute opening statement, questions from the LWV and the audience and time for a closing statement. David Lile will be the moderator. The forum will have a Zoom option and will be broadcast on KOPN.
There will be ballot issue speakers on the state ballot issues and the Boone County ballot issue.
