FAQs

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds for Unite tickets. However, if you purchase an in person ticket and are unable to attend, we are happy to refund the difference between your in person ticket and the livestream ticket.

Substitution/Transfer Policy

You may substitute/transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by logging into Eventbrite and making the transfer yourself. You and the respective party are responsible for exchange of funds.

**All ticket transfer requests (both in person and virtual) must be completed by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, April 9th. Any ticket transfers after April 9th will not reflect correct attendee information and may result in the inability to access the event.

In Regards to COVID-19

As always, our number one priority is your safety. Our team is working diligently to make sure everything is planned to support your health and well-being, and Unite will follow a set of guidelines informed not only by our own organizational protocols, but also by the procedures put in place by the CDC (www.cdc.gov/coronavirus), our host hotels, venue, airlines and the city of Charleston. Force Majeure

If events beyond the reasonable control of BoomTown prevents at least 40% of the attendees from arriving for the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, BoomTown may cancel the event and offer attendees a credit for a future BoomTown conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
