Schnitz Ale Brewery is a local family-owned brewery with a taproom and restaurant in Parma, located at 5729 Pearl Road, and a Production Facility and Tasting Room in Strongsville located at 20102 Progress Drive (in the former Brew Kettle Production facility building).
