Barre (All levels):

Barre was created in 1959 by a ballet dancer named Lotte Berk after injuring her back. Berk combined ballet movements with rehabilitative therapy to form a few methods of exercise. Barre-sculpt focuses on low-impact movements oscillates between building up heat using strength exercises and lengthening the muscles using dynamic stretching movements inspired from ballet, dance, yoga and pilates foundations. This is an all-levels class, we encourage students to take this class at least 6-8 weeks to get into the swing of exercise combos. This class is great for students who need low-impact movements. Arrive early to save your seat at the mat.
