Well now -- how totally tubular is this? Boombox: the '70s and '80s Experience added an unexpected show at the historic Greendale's.
As always we slip and slide through a set of '70s, followed by a collection from the '80s, hitting everything from disco to classic rock to New Wave to hair metal to novelty songs. Think Donna Summer, Michael Jackson, Def Leppard, Rick Springfield, Bon Jovi, Madonna, KC and the Sunshine Band, SOS Band, Young MC, Diana Ross, the Hooters, Taste of Honey, the O'Jays, Billy Idol - you get the picture.
Boombox is always adding new material, and with a repertoire of more than 100 tunes, you're never going to hear the same set twice. This includes our most fervent fans.
$10.00 cover charge at the door and the music starts at 8:30 p.m.
