BOOM Charlotte is inviting its community members, and extended family and friends to the BOOM @ Birdsong performance series. Join us in our nights of celebration by immersing yourself in tasty tunes and potent spoken word poetry curated by our talented 2023 artists

Hosted at Birdsong Brewing, our BOOM @ Birdsong performance arts series is a way for us to spread our BOOM magic beyond the Festival, to promote our artists, and engage our local community in a meaningful way. For all three nights, there will be delicious beer available for purchase and a simultaneous fundraiser ($1/beer will be donated to BOOM Charlotte). Thank you to our hosts, Birdsong Brewing, for their continued generosity and support.

May 31: King Whale: FREE Music AND Lady V Poetry $12.50 online, $15 at the door. Music starts at 6, Lady V Poetry starts at 7.

June 7: Kate Bankston: FREE Music AND Patrice & Friend $12.50 online, $15 at the door. Music starts at 6, Patrice & Friendz starts at 7.

June 14: Ayanna Florence's poetry performance, THEN D. Jones The General: FREE Music AND THEN Jordan Bailey $20 online, $25 at the door for the double poetry performances. Ayanna starts at 6, music is at 7:15, and Jordan Bailey is on at 8.
