BOOKWYRM BAZAAR IS BACK FROM THE DRAGON'S DEN!
After an unexpected postponement and a much longer wait than we ever intended, the Bookwyrm Bazaar is finally ready to open its doors!
We are so incredibly sorry for the delay, and we cannot thank our vendors, authors, artists, readers, and fellow bookworms enough for their patience while we worked behind the scenes to bring this event back to life.
But now?
THE BOOKWYRM BAZAAR IS HAPPENING!
Join us for an enchanting afternoon filled with local authors, artists, makers, bookish treasures, fantastical creations, and an entire gathering of very special dragons.
Because the Bookwyrm Dragons are coming to the Bazaar.
And they aren't coming alone.
THE DRAGON QUEST
Our Bookwyrm Dragons will be gathering throughout the Bazaar, with each dragon finding a cozy little hiding place somewhere inside one of our vendor booths.
Your quest is to explore the Bazaar, visit our incredible vendors, find the dragons hiding among their wares, and add each one to your very own Dragon Codex.
You never know where a dragon might be waiting.
Behind a stack of books?
Tucked beside a handmade treasure?
Watching over a display?
Perhaps one has found the perfect vendor booth and decided it has no intention of leaving.
You'll have to search to find out.
And if you manage to collect them all, you'll unlock another part of the adventure...
THE COMMUNITY HOARD
We want to build a treasure hoard of books that can be passed from one reader to another.
Bring a copy of your favorite book to contribute to the Community Hoard!
Used copies are absolutely welcome, as long as they are still in good condition. We especially encourage you to leave a little note inside for the future owner. Tell them why you love the book, share a favorite bit of wisdom, recommend another book they might enjoy, or simply leave a little message from one reader to another.
Just please keep your notes family-friendly! We never know who the next reader might be.
And here's where your dragon-hunting adventure gets even more exciting:
Three winners who successfully collect ALL of the Bookwyrm Dragons will be entered to win the Community Hoard!
At the end of the event, the entire collection of donated books will be split between the three winners, meaning the more books our community contributes, the bigger each winner's treasure will be!
So bring your favorite book.
Leave a little piece of yourself inside it.
Help us build an incredible collection of stories, recommendations, wisdom, and well-loved books.
And then go hunt down those dragons, because you could be taking home a whole hoard of new-to-you books at the end of the day!
THE COMMUNITY LITTLE LIBRARY
We'll also have a Community Little Library shelf where you can bring other used books you'd like to donate, browse what's available, and trade out books you've already read for something new-to-you.

It's a little library, a little book swap, and a whole lot of "I came here for one book and somehow left with five."

This year's dragons will be making their grand gathering at the Bazaar, and we're giving you the chance to take a piece of them home with you.
Decks of cards featuring this year's Bookwyrm Dragons will be available for purchase until the end of the event.
We will be posting the link to purchase the full deck in just a few days, so keep an eye out!
Once they're gone, this year's dragon gathering will disappear into legend.
