Books, Bites & Big Fun: An Evening of Ideas, Laughter & Networking

Get ready for a night where learning meets laughter — 52 floors above the city skyline! In partnership with Philadelphia ATD, Meet the Author presents an evening filled with energy, insights, and FUN.

The program kicks off with stand-up comedy from host and Emmy Award winner, Theresa Hummel-Krallinger, to get the laughs rolling. Then, two dynamic local authors — all seasoned speakers and trainers — will each deliver a TED Talk–style presentation packed with stories, ideas, and inspiration.

Before and after the talks, enjoy networking and noshing with fellow professionals, while visiting each author’s table for book signings and conversation.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

The Pyramid Club is located in the BNY Mellon Bank Center at 1735 Market Street. Before arriving please make sure you bring a form of Photo ID. Upon entering please show your Photo ID to the Security booth in the lobby and sign in. Take the elevators up to the 51st floor. There you will see the Entrance to the club. You may either walk up the Spiral Staircase or there is another elevator to the 52nd floor. CLUB ATTIRE

Business casual is recommended in all areas of the Club. Jacket and tie are preferred for Men in the Club when dining, however not required. Ladies are asked to use discretion and dress accordingly. Casual clothing such as jeans, denim outfits and sneakers are not appropriate club attire. It is every member's responsibility to inform his or her guests of the dress code policy. We reserve the right to not serve individuals who are inappropriately dressed.
