Join the City of Santa Fe Economic Development Division for the next Books Behind the Business session — an engaging conversation with Jaime R. Schulze about leadership, strategy, and the ideas shaping today's business community.
Jaime Schulze is the Executive Director of the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA), where she leads efforts to advance Native arts, support Indigenous artists, and strengthen economic opportunities through the internationally recognized Santa Fe Indian Market and year-round programming. A citizen of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe with ties to the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate, Jaime is committed to fostering authentic Native arts, cultural preservation, and collaborative partnerships that elevate Native communities and creative industries.
Together, we'll explore insights from The Art of War, Sun Tzu's timeless work on strategy, through a conversation about Jaime's experiences leading SWAIA and supporting Native artists, businesses, and cultural entrepreneurship.
Doors open at 5:30 PM. Program begins promptly at 6:00 PM.
Whether you're a business owner, entrepreneur, creative, student, or simply enjoy thoughtful conversations about leadership and community, this session offers an opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired. The Santa Fe Community Gallery showcases local artists' work in a welcoming space where everyone is invited to explore art — for free.
