• Run time: The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may not have the opportunity to meet the author.
• Check-in time: 5:30 P.M. Please have a copy of your ticket available (either printed out or on your phone) for check in.
• Line placement will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Outside queuing may be required. Please check the weather forecast ahead of time and plan accordingly.
• NOTE: There is NOT a speaking portion for this event.

• In order to get a photo with MrBallen, you must have purchased a ticket.
• Your ticket includes a pre-signed copy of the event book.
• If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, we will hold your book at BookPeople for 30 days after the event. We cannot guarantee that your book will be signed; priority is given to event attendees and any extra stock is dependent on the author’s availability.
