Bookmans River Summer Kids Events: Reid Park Zoological Society

School’s out and the fun is on! Bookmans is excited to bring the joy of reading, creativity, and community to kids all summer long with our free Summer Kids Events. Designed for children of all ages, these events offer hands-on activities, special guests, live performances, and more—encouraging imagination and discovery in a welcoming space. Whether it’s crafts, science experiments, or storytime adventures, there’s always something exciting happening at your local Bookmans.
Wildlife is headed to Bookmans River! On July 14th at 10:30 AM, Reid Park Zoological Society is coming to Bookmans with an exciting, hands-on experience for kids and families. Come curious and leave with a whole new appreciation for the amazing animals in our world!
