Booked & Brilliant YP Book Club: October 2026 Meet-up
About this Event
In The Evidence of Things Not Seen, James Baldwin examines the Atlanta child murders of 1979–1980, using the tragedy to explore the deeper realities of race, justice, power, and inequality in America. Through his sharp reporting and powerful storytelling, Baldwin challenges readers to confront the ways racism shapes communities, institutions, and perceptions of justice. Though written decades ago, the questions Baldwin raises remain deeply relevant today, making this a thought-provoking read for meaningful conversation and reflection.
