Bookbinding Workshop - Introduction to Stab Binding

Join Inkling co-founder Mo and learn how to create your own handmade books. This beginner-friendly class covers the essential skills, including designing, stitching, assembling pages, as well as creating simple custom covers.

No experience is needed. We guide you step-by-step through the process, and by the end of the session, you’ll have your own unique book to take home.

All materials are provided, so you just need to show up ready to learn! You’ll have a choice of printed papers, as well blank pages, and for the visible binding a selection of thread colours and textures. 

This workshop is perfect for any creative people who are looking to get started with bookbinding, or who are thinking of making their festive gifts this year. 

Our Inkling workshop is fully accessible. This workshop is suitable for 12+, with under 16s to be accompanied by a supervising adult.
