Book Tour: Granny Nancy- The Lady Who Lived Loved and Laughed for 107 Years

We are excited to announce that the Aisling Center will be hosting a book tour for "Granny Nancy Stewart: Ireland's Oldest Woman" written by her granddaughter, Louise Coghlan. This heartwarming book shares the inspiring life story of Granny Nancy Stewart, who was born on October 16th, 1913, and lived to one month short of her 108th birthday.

Granny Nancy was not only the oldest woman in Ireland but also the oldest woman living in her own home. Her life was one of incredible health, independence, and faith, and she always had a smile on her face that warmed the hearts of everyone who met her. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Granny Nancy's granddaughter, Louise Coghlan, lived with her during this time, and together they wrote this beautiful tribute to her life.

We are honored to host this book tour at the Aisling Center and to share the incredible story of Granny Nancy with our community. This is a rare opportunity to learn about the life of one of Ireland's most remarkable women, and we hope you'll join us for an unforgettable evening.
